For over fifteen years, Marita the Homeowner, had her eye on this
exceptional plot, drawn to its rare position and uninterrupted views
over the Aegean Sea. What began as a personal vision, to create a
private sanctuary for her own use, gradually evolved into something
far more ambitious. Having successfully acquired the land last year, she envisioned a collection of six distinctive villas: standalone
residences that preserve privacy, yet are thoughtfully curated as a
